The following issues were discussed in the meeting for further needful action at the department level.

• The minutes of the last meeting were unanimously confirmed with no objection or comments.
• Syllabus coverage report was submitted to the principal. Mid exams were conducted and report was submitted to Chair.
• Discussed about Results. The Committee suggested the respective department to strengthen the mentoring system for improvement.
• Discussed about various FDP’s, Workshop’s and Certificate courses that should be conducted by various departments in couple of months.
• Feedback Analysis on Syllabus Coverage and Facilities (Infrastructure) provided report submitted in meeting.
